The study aimed to test the validity of the burnout subtypes hierarchic model operationalized by the 'Burnout Clinical Subtypes Questionnaire' (BCSQ-36) and its applicability in other cultures. To that aim psychometric properties, factorial and convergent validity regarding the Maslach Burnout Inventory - General Survey (MBI-GS), and correlation with demographic factors were reviewed. The present study investigated the factor structure of the 10-item version of the Dutch Work Addiction Scale (DUWAS). The DUWAS-10 is intended to measure workaholism with two correlated factors: working excessively (WE) and working compulsively (WC). The factor structure of the DUWAS-10 was examined among multi-occupational samples from the Netherlands (n=9,010) and Finland (n=4,567) using confirmatory factor analysis (CFA). The objective of this study was to assess the psychometric properties of the Latvian version of the Flourishing Scale (FS), created by Diener et al. (2010). FS is a brief self-report measure of the respondent’s well-being and success in areas of relationships, self-esteem, purpose, and optimism. The scale provides a single score across 8 items. El objetivo del este estudio fue evaluar la validez factorial y la consistencia interna del “Cuestionario para la Evaluación del Síndrome de Quemarse por el Trabajo” (CESQT). Se hipotetizó un modelo de cuatro factores, similar al del oringinal. La muestra fueron estuvo formada por 1110 médicos del Instituto Mexicano del Seguro Social. El instrumento está formado por 20 items distribuidos en 4 subescalas: Ilusión por el trabajo (5 items), Desgaste psíquico (4 items), Indolencia (6 items), y Culpa (5 items).
